Many people with disabilities find it hard to get a job. That’s why PCC encourages people to receive training on a particular skill and set up their own business. Many people need to take out a loan from PCC to help establish their business. Many people have started small shops, cow and goat rearing, homestead gardening, tailoring, sewing, embroidery and other feasible activities. In 2016, 180 people with disabilities started an IGA with the support of PCC.
